Founder and Chairman of Latium Enterprises, Brian owns substantial holdings in a vast range of sectors, including independently owned retail businesses, real estate, telecoms, film production, renewable energy and home improvements. The returns from his group allow Brian to support a number of charitable causes.

Jordan has gained experience across all divisions of Latium Enterprises from a young age. Patrick Properties is his core focus in establishing a long term sustainable property company that trades and adapts to various market conditions.

Christian is responsible for managing the portfolio with full control and oversight of the business. With his attention to detail, experience and strong work ethic, he is a vital asset to the business in achieving its goals.

Danny has a BSc from The University of Manchester and has been with Patrick Properties since 2018. His focus is to grow the Strategic Land arm of the business by looking at sustainable sites with unique development opportunities. Danny enjoys working closely with all key stakeholders including housebuilders, residents and councils to deliver a widely welcomed development.

Steven was the chairman and owner of the S J Kennedy Group for twenty years, a group involved in computers, property and industrial cleaning. Now on the Group’s board, his extensive experience is used for guiding and managing efficiencies throughout the portfolio.

A trained Chartered Accountant formerly with KPMG, Adrian originally joined The Latium Group as a financial controller. Since then, he’s held several senior roles within it, including Managing Director, Operations Manager and Finance Director in telecoms, manufacturing and property sectors. Highlights include launching and running the Genesis Communication division from start-up to its eventual sale to Dixons.

After joining Patrick Properties in 2010, Tim became responsible for producing all financial information for the company, as well as all budgeting, cash and financial modelling. The framework he’s put in place enables the company to move swiftly on strategic acquisitions.

Having managed a highly profitable team for over 20 years, Simon led the largest capital markets department in Jones Lang La Salle, Manchester. A highly respected member of our team, his skill set and innovative approach keeps the business ideally placed to capitalise on changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.

Andy qualified as a solicitor in 2000, trained with Hammonds (now Squire Saunders) where he specialised in Corporate Law, then worked at the firm for seven years post qualification. He joined Latium in 2008 and is now sole Legal Counsel for The Group with responsibility for all legal matters within its business divisions.

Harry joined Patrick Properties at an early age after being educated at Sedbergh school. Harry is responsible for the day-to-day management of a variety of assets. Harry is also training to become MRICS qualified as he looks to bring some expertise to the business.

David transferred to KPMG’s Manchester office in 2002, where he specialised further within corporate tax in transactions services, particularly those involving private equity houses. From 2005, David was the focal point for the provision of all of KPMG’s services to Latium. He joined us in March 2009 and has full responsibility for all of the group’s corporate tax affairs.

After joining Patrick Properties in 2017 Laura has become responsible for monitoring and producing financial information for the business. Laura has extensive experience across a variety of sectors in Financial Management, Strategy, Business Operation and Client Services.

Barty spent time designing and managing numerous residential projects in the UK up until joining Patrick Properties. Since then he has been able to adapt his architectural training (BSc Hons Architectural Technology) into the design and development of exceptional and bespoke projects.

Juan studied in the USA and received a BA in Architecture and Urban Planning from Princeton University and a Master of Architecture from Harvard University, both with high honors. He has been involved for over 40 years in the field of design, architecture, construction, management and project development. As he has considerable experience in Mallorca, in particular with private exemplary homes, he designs and oversees our projects.

Jose studied Technical Architecture at the polytechnic University of Catalonia, as well as studying art at Torrens LLado. He began his career in architecture by collaborating with different architects in Mallorca on numerous residential schemes. His background in art gives him a deeper understanding of design, form and aesthetics. In 1988 he started a venture with Juan Benet, carrying out numerous projects in the field of residential architecture. He now continues to work on all projects throughout Europe.
