Acquired in 2003, and developed in 2005, this purpose built industrial unit was let to Amari Plastics Plc on a 15-year institutional lease. A second was taken by Browns CTP for the same lease period and sold in 2006.
Phase 2 of the Cobalt development was an 11acre extension with planning for 130,000 sqft of industrial accommodation sold in 2007.
